SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I am from the island of Molokaʻi, but I am currently in Phoenix Arizona studying Marketing and Advertising at Grand Canyon University. All orders are fulfilled, packaged, and sent out from Arizona!

On average, orders take up to 6 to 9 business days (often shorter) to get to Hawaii.

Because shipping costs sucks!

ORDERS

Yes, all orders are eligible for tracking. Once your packaged is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the contact (e-mail or phone #) of the person who ordered the package.

"Pre-Shipment" means that your package is on its way to a USPS facility and getting ready to be sent out to you.

If your order is not packaged and ready to ship to you, then you can cancel your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns, or issue refunds. All sales are final.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The buyer commits to full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.

Kuawa Brand is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If the buyer's package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE to cover the cost to reship the package.

Kuawa Brand is not responsible if the customer orders the wrong size, all sales are final!
